Xpert-Timer Project Time Tracking - Xpert-Timer is a project timing software which can help you keep accurate track of the time spent for each and every activity by all the members of a team. The networkable project time tracking software includes a stopwatch that automatically stopps your project times and floats on your desktop. No need of entering times manually anymore.
With Xpert-Timer you can assign projects to other users, send them tasks, export reports or print them if desired.The activity report keeps you always updated on the project progress and offers many filter functions.
The synchronization module allows you to record your project time offline and synchronize is with the company database. There's also an optional reporting module, you can design your favoured reports with.
You can add reimbursable expenses to your projects and create the invoice to your client directly out of Xpert-Timer. The invoice management allows you to keep an overview over the overdue invoices and offers multiple options to filter the data.

Add reimbursable expenses to your projects now, and bill your client directly out of Xpert-Timer. Timestamps can now be viewed in the project manager and reports can be generated directly from there. Add comments to every timestamp, group the timestamps by date, project or user and print reports.

An optional Synchronization module is now available. It's possible to stop the project time offline and synchronize with the main database once back in the office. The new Reporting Module allows to design reports in any favoured way. A lot of extra little features are included in the new version.
